All Inspections, One Van

  • The TesTex SuperVan is equipped to perform nearly every inspection service we offer—Remote Field Electromagnetic Technique (RFET), Low Frequency Electromagnetic Technique (LFET), Balanced Field Electromagnetic Technique (BFET), Eddy Current Testing (ECT), Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT), and Ultrasonic Thickness (UT). It’s fully stocked with our proprietary systems, including the Triton II, Onyx IV, and Falcon 2000, allowing our technicians to inspect air coolers, heat exchangers, piping, pressure vessels, tanks, and more—all from one mobile platform.
  • The SuperVan also features up to 100 feet of cable for extended reach from the vehicle, so our teams can work across large job sites without relocating the unit. Inside, a wireless office environment allows for real-time data analysis, reporting, and direct communication with your site team—ensuring fast turnaround, accurate documentation, and efficient decision-making during critical inspection windows.
