Magnetite article published in the Power Plant Chemistry Journal

We recently published an article with the Power Plant Chemistry Journal regarding our work in the magnetite detection field. Falcon 2000 MK II Tank Floor Scanner shows flaw under .120″ epoxy

On June 29th, TesTex conducted a tank floor inspection of tank No. 616 for XXXXXXX  in Montreal, Canada. Tank No. 616 was the seventh tank at this site in which TesTex has conducted a tank floor scan with the Falcon 2000 Mk II Tank Floor Inspection System. New Corrosion Fatigue Cracking Test Module

TesTex Inc. recently acquired a mud drum test module to assist in development of probes designed to go through moderate bends from the mud drum and test for corrosion fatigue cracking.  This Module simulates all the bend types coming from a real mud drum of an existing client. TesTex hosts the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) Boiler Reliability Interest Group (BRIG) site-visit on June 7, 8, and 9, 2011

The annual 2011 EPRI BRIG meeting is in Pittsburgh, PA. this year, and TesTex has been selected to host the vendor site-visit portion of the meeting.  Approximately (70)+ fossil power professionals will spend a half day in TesTex’s Head Quarters.  During the visit, they will see hands-on demonstrations of:

1. Boiler Waterwall Scanning for ID flaw mechanisms such as Corrosion Cells/Hydrogen Damage and Caustic/Phosphate Gouging
